Clem Danin MCIArb

Having retired as Managing Director of Charles Davis (Metal Brokers) Ltd and Director of the London Metal Exchange (LME), where he had been Chairman of the LME Arbitration Panel Committee for many years, Clem was employed as a consultant by the LME and LME member companies.

He has been an active arbitrator both domestically and internationally for more than 20 years and is also a mediator.

Clem has appeared as expert witness in litigations acting for departments of overseas governments as well as for individual companies. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Accredited Mediator with the Institute. He is also a mediator with the Maidstone Mediation Scheme.
