Tony Hardwick NDA DipFM MBPR ACIArb

Tony is Managing Director of Invicta Mediation Ltd, committed to offering a totally independent mediation service. He is also a consultant working in the rural industries and environmental sector, having previously worked for a major company which provided an insight into a wide range of corporate and business practices.

He trained with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as a mediator and has experience in mediating a wide variety of disputes of a technical and personal nature. He mediates on community disputes with Ashford Mediation Service, and sits on their Management Committee. He is also a member of the CIArb South East Mediation Focus Group, amongst various other commitments. These help to provide the background that makes him an enthusiastic advocate of mediation, which he believes in many cases is the modern way to resolve disputes.
