ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice by the Secretary, Bernhard Lippmann

The Branch Annual General Meeting will be on Wednesday 19th March at 6.15 p.m at the Reigate Manor Hotel, Reigate Hill, Reigate.

After the AGM - at approximately our usual meeting time of 6.30 p.m. - Tony Bingham will speak on A Topical Subject.

A finger buffet with wine and coffee for £10.00 is available after the meeting.

The following members of the Branch Committee are retiring and do not wish to stand for re-election:

The following have been members of the Branch Committee for seven years or more and according to the Branch Rules must retire but are eligible for re-election subject to nomination:

Roderick D O'Driscoll FCIArb

Nominations for the election of new members of the Committee, and of any members ―co-―opted in the current year, must be signed by two members of the Branch and lodged with the Branch Secretary 35 days before the Annual General Meeting, accompanied by the ―nominee's signed confirmation of willingness to serve.

Any member of the Branch desiring to raise any matter at the Annual General Meeting must give written notice thereof to the Branch Secretary not less than 21 days before the Annual General Meeting.
