BRANCH SURGERY DEVELOPING YOUR ADR BUSINESS - HOW TO MAKE IT REALLY PAY

The Branch will be holding its annual Surgery/workshop at Maidstone this year and all are welcome to attend. In order to cover the expenses a fee of £50 will be charged. Lunch and refreshments are included. The course will start at 9.30 for coffee and will finish at around 4.30.
The theme for this year's surgery will be DEVELOPING YOUR ADR BUSINESS.
The workshop will commence with a brief update of recent decisions affecting the practice of ADR. Participants are invited to send contributions for this aspect at least 10 days before the Surgery.
There will follow a workshop to study and research the most effective ways of developing the ADR side of our various businesses and how to make it really pay. Written contributions for this subject are also welcomed and should be received if possible, not later than 10 days before the date of the meeting.
The leader and director for this course will be Rod O'Driscoll who will be assisted by sufficient number of tutors so that there will be at least one leader for each group of five participants.
