1. Early booking is advised since numbers will be limited to 30. Places will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of booking. Participants will be informed of details of venue once numbers are confirmed.
2. It is anticipated that the surgery will attract CPD points for any professional attending and requiring them. Please enquire with your booking what CPD points will be available for your discipline if you require these.
3. Participants will be divided into groups headed by a leader to study and discuss problems arising from the subjects. Each group will then formulate a majority opinion and appoint one of their members to be spokesman at the reconvened meetings.
4. Paperwork will be prepared in advance and circulated at the meeting for discussion purposes relating to the chosen item in the programme. Members are invited to submit relevant problems that they have experienced, at least 28 days in advance of the Surgery for inclusion in the paper work.
5. The Surgery fee is £50. This includes the paperwork a buffet lunch and refreshments.
6. No refunds will be given in respect of cancellations made after the 14TH February 2006.
7. The branch reserves the right to postpone or cancel the surgery at short notice in which case all fees paid will be refunded in full.
