A PLEA FROM HEAD OFFICE

David Morphew of External Relations writes:

One of the messages that came back from the membership survey was the need for more practical information in the Newsletter – we have been including case reports from Law Tel, but as always we’re short of contributors and good copy.

We’ve been toying with the idea of three sections of practical notes on arbitration, adjudication and mediation / ADR so there would be something for everyone.  The format of the sections could be pretty much up to the editors – from summaries of recent cases to practical tips and ideas, but the idea behind this is to provide useful information for practitioners.

At the moment this is just an outline idea, but there must be three people out in the branches who could do this and might even be prepared to give up their free time in return for… well not very much actually apart from the satisfaction of seeing their name in print, undying gratitude and perhaps widening their network.”

So … is anyone is interested in taking on one of the three topics to produce a page or so section on arbitration, adjudication or ADR?  If so, please get in touch with:
