ClArb MEDIATION SYMPOSIUM On Wednesday 24 September 2008, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators is holding a one day Mediation Symposium. This will be chaired by Tony Marks, the CIArb's director of legal services and the keynote speaker will be Lord Goldsmith QC PC. Some seventeen speakers will deliver talks on various aspects of mediation including experience in international situations. The Symposium will take place at 12 Bloomsbury Square, the cost is £100 plus VAT for members, £130 plus VAT for non members and there is an optional three course dinner priced at £60.
